WPOS/POA November Society Meeting – Sunday November 10

With summer coming to a close, it’s time to start thinking about fall educational programs and adding to your continuing education credits for license renewal in 2020.

On Sunday, November 10, the POA will be offering 8 hours of outstanding continuing education at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in Mars, PA. These courses are being offered by Drs. Chris Carver, Ryan McKinnis, Phillip Choo and Erin Keim with topics covering co-managing surgical patients, Ectasia, oculoplastics and seeing pediatric patients.

On top of this 8 hours of State Board of Optometry approved courses, we are pleased to offer a 30 minute coding update by AOA Third Party Center Chair and POA Past President Dr. Steven Eiss. Changes to the Medicare fee schedule are set to take effect on January 1, 2020, and Dr. Eiss will provide you with information on how to prepare.
